Recurring maid service is based on the standard house cleaning checklist, customized to your home and priorities.
- Dust reachable surfaces, ceiling fans, lights, blinds, window sills, shelves, mantels, desks, and electronics.
- Clean bathrooms, including showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, fixtures, and floors.
- Clean kitchen countertops, sinks, faucets, appliance exteriors, microwave interior where included, cabinet exteriors, and floors.
- Make beds or change bedding if fresh linens are available.
- Take out trash and replace bags.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
First clean vs. maintenance clean
If your home has buildup, we may recommend a deep cleaning first. A first deep clean helps reset baseboards, blinds, window sills, bathrooms, and kitchen detail areas so recurring visits can maintain the home more efficiently. If your home is already in good condition, you may be able to start with standard recurring cleaning.
