EDIT: I originally left a 5-star review saying Gisel and her partner were great, but I wanted to update my review after having a chance to look around the house more. They were both nice and did a good job on what they did clean, and they were definitely better than the previous teams I had with magnificent cleaning. BUT, what’s not sitting right with me is I paid for a deep clean that wasn’t cheap, and quite a few things that are listed on the company’s website as part of the deep clean were missed. The door frames, blinds, light switches, accessible bathroom air vents, and spot cleaning of the walls weren’t done. I also had to specifically ask about the baseboards and windows for those to be cleaned. My house was already at its normal level of clean, so the whole reason I booked a deep clean was to get those extra detailed areas taken care of. I gave them a walkthrough when they arrived and showed them which rooms needed to be cleaned, but I don’t feel like I should have to follow the cleaners around and tell them every individual thing that needs to be done. If it’s ALREADY listed as part of the deep clean, I feel like the company should make sure the cleaners know what they’re supposed to cover. Otherwise why am I hiring a company that should handle communication with their crews when I could just hire an independent cleaner and micromanage their time myself. Also my original 5 stars was because Gisel and her partner asked me to leave a review but they were persistent I do it right then and there before they leave. I am not a confrontational person so I did what she asked and she selected the 5 stars herself, I lowkey wish I was more stern about it because it’s uncomfortable to be pressured like that but they did do a good job at they cleaned and I’m not going to take away from that. My issue is that I paid for a deep clean and expected everything advertised as part of that service to be covered without me having to micromanage it. That is a management problem. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had this experience with this company, so I decided to cancel my future cleanings.

I'm really happy I found Magnificent Cleaning. I feel like I always have cleaning the house in the back of my mind, but never have the time to do more than a little at a time. This has taken a huge weight off, and I feel like it will be so much easier maintaining a clean house with the extra help. Katheryn and Itzel did a fantastic job, and I loved the extra touches they made with the toilet paper and tissue flowers!

I recently had a deep cleaning service done at my home and I am beyond impressed. Itzel and Erisbell were absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough and paid attention to details I didn’t even think about. Every surface was dusted, the floors were perfectly mopped, and they cleaned all the little crevices and hard-to-reach areas that usually get overlooked. Not only does my house look spotless, but it also smells absolutely amazing. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that is professional, detailed, and delivers top-quality results, I highly recommend them. Definitely a five-star experience!

Karina and Jennie did a great job for our cleaning services. Move-in/Move-out packages includes all of kitchen. It definitely makes it’s easier on you and family when cleaning is done with care. Was also able to book 3 days prior to the clean day! It took them 4-1/2 hrs to clean a 3B and 2Bath. Which IMO is a good in between to do it right and also not hurry. Defenitly recommend!!

First-Time Customer (Neurodivergent Review) My husband and I are neurodivergent educators, and when our work gets intense (like it has been since August), our home organization and cleanliness often gets neglected—to the point we were embarrassed to have guests. With two sets of visitors coming soon, we knew we needed professional help and reached out to Magnificent, based on their five-star reviews. The result is truly magnificent—our home smells wonderful and is perfectly ready for our guests! We are so thankful for their willingness to assist and support us on this stressful day. **Important Note for Neurodivergent Readers Who Struggle with Clutter: My biggest takeaway is transparency about your home's state is essential for an accurate quote. The company's standard policy is that the home should be free of clutter, as their focus is cleaning (organization and deep cleaning are separate, add-on services). Had I been more transparent initially, especially by sending photos for an estimate, I would have learned upfront that the level of deep/organizational support we needed would have made their magnificent services out of our current price range. • Recommendation: If you are a neurodivergent person struggling with a significant organization/clutter backlog, be fully transparent. Ask for an estimate that includes the extra fees for organization and heavy-duty services so you are not surprised. While our own financial constraints mean we won't be regular clients, if you are able to afford their services, this company truly lives up to its name and does a magnificent job! We highly recommend them. 😉

The service started as soon as I booked the cleaning with a company rep calling me multiple times to ensure that I got everything that I wanted and that I was completely comfortable with the schedule. Then the actual cleaners showed up, and Olga and Luz were amazing! They showed up at EXACTLY the time they were scheduled and proceeded to transform my house into a home. It was wrapped up with the phone rep (I wish I remembered his name) calling again to make sure I approve of the service. This is a top notch company.

I am a realtor and often times need a move out clean for sellers. The seller had moved to California and honestly his house was very dirty. I've been using another company throughout the years, but they couldn't get me in so I went onto Yelp and read some reviews and called and spoke with Maria. She was very pleasant to me on the phone. I had called another company, but the lady was not nice to me and so I told her I would have to get back with her. I had a good experience from the start. Then I met my cleaners, Esther and Ana . Oh my gosh what a little powerhouse team those ladies are. They did an excellent job and I could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend!!

This team was amazing! Itzel and Erisbel were a gift from my cousin because I am too old now to clean the floors without hurting myself. They cleaned better than I had hoped for...and it took a while since it was so far behind. I will find a way to get them in here once or twice a month. These girls are professional, friendly, accommodating and just sweethearts. Don't everyone get them tho I need to be able to have them free enough to come back Thank you ladies...excellent work.

Erisbel came to my home! She was pleasant and professional and did an amazing job! She was flexible in that I didn’t want her in my toddlers room because he was about to nap and she was great, she went right to work after checking where I’d like her to start. Bathroom was sparkling! Everything smelled fresh and clean! She didn’t mind my toddler being home, he was home sick. She finished up shortly after my husband got home which was perfect timing as he could unwind in the master bath and was able to be in the living area as it was finished just before he arrived. She is very detail oriented and I wouldn’t hesitate having her back. She came solo but her work was on point and no issues. Even my laundry room looks fantastic! Thank you Erisbel ! Wonderful work!

I love the communication. They kept me informed along the way♥️ I normally like to be gone, but this was for my parents. They’re up in age and it’s getting harder to just deep clean and keep things clean. They remained friendly with smiles during the whole duration, very professional, and even a little designing.♥️ They worked so hard and did such a good job. My Dad even asked me to leave their number and he’s a very conscious about services for his home. Thank you! Thank you!!! I’m thinking of even putting them in rotation for like a bi-weekly cleaning. Thank you so much I should’ve done before and after photos but I wasn’t thinking.

Erisbel was struck with the last minute luck of doing my home alone. She did a wonderful job, took correction well, was not easily frustrated (my daughter loved watching her clean - read between the lines), and made sure she understood instruction before carrying out the work. I would definitely hire her again. Edit: because I don’t want to prevent (her) from obtaining a bonus, I’m leaving additional commentary as an edit instead of adjusting the stars. - The cabinets were not clean, despite being told they would be cleaned. - I helped mop and vacuum a few times - an accumulation of an hour was spent with (her) speaking on the phone with “her boss”, speaking with me about the time and type of service being rendered (starting the office booked me for the wrong type of service), and with her packing in and out with (her) thinking I wasn’t going to pay for an additional hour. - Though the office gave me an extra hour on top of the additional hour paid, (she) still packed and left before then. The chance of me hire again is 50/50. This notwithstanding, everyone was pleasant to deal with/speak to.

After doing some research and comparing rates and what each move-out package included across various cleaning companies, we decided to go with Magnificent Cleaning Services when it came time to move out of our house. We do not regret the decision at all! It's been a couple of weeks since they cleaned the house, so I forgot the names of the two awesome ladies who came through and cleaned the house for a few hours. They were super friendly and made sure everything was cleaned right! Their move-in/out package was also the most comprehensive for the price point, so we saw the most bang for our buck with Magnificent Cleaning Services. Amazing work! If we're ever back in Houston and need any professional cleaning service, we're giving these people a call. Additionally, getting a quote and scheduling the cleaning service was smooth. I even called and rescheduled twice due to scheduling issues with other things, and they accommodated no questions asked, which I appreciated. Overall, great service and would recommend to a friend or family member!
