Magnificent Cleaning Services is hiring dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaners for employee openings serving residential customers throughout our Greater Houston service area. You will follow confirmed checklists, respect each home, and communicate clearly with customers and the office.

The work
What you’ll do
Each assignment has a confirmed scope. Your job is to complete it carefully, safely, and professionally.
- Clean residential homes by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Complete applicable kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living-area checklist tasks.
- Handle linens and other approved housekeeping tasks when included in the assignment.
- Follow cleaning procedures, customer instructions, property rules, and safety requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the office.
- Inspect for existing damage or unsafe conditions and report concerns promptly.
- Protect customer property and confidential access information.
- Wear the required company-approved uniform or attire.
A dependable fit
What we’re looking for
Two or more years of professional cleaning experience meets the standard screening threshold. Applicants with one year of experience may receive manual review.
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to complete applicable background, reference, and onboarding checks.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and company applications.
- Able to bend, kneel, twist, and regularly lift up to 25 pounds throughout the workday, with accommodation where required by law.
- Reliable transportation to assigned customer homes.
- Available during the Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM service window; weekend availability may be requested.
- Driver assignments require a valid driver’s license and full-time access to an insured vehicle.

Compensation and support
Base pay is $15 per hour for helper assignments and $18 per hour for driver assignments. Your assignment type and applicable rate are confirmed during the hiring and onboarding process.
Tips: customer tips go to the crew members assigned to the job.
Bonuses: approved bonuses may apply under current written company policy.
Reimbursements: approved gas, mileage, or other reimbursements may apply under written policy or job instructions.
Development: training and performance reviews are part of the company’s employee process.
Hours vary with customer demand, availability, performance, role assignments, and company needs. No specific number of hours or raise is guaranteed.
