Welcome to Magnificent Cleaning LLC
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between you (“Customer”) and Magnificent Cleaning LLC (“Company”). By using our services or website (https://magnificentcleanings.com), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any amendments posted online.
Authority
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You can form a binding contract with Magnificent Cleaning LLC.
- You will comply with these terms and applicable laws.
- You understand that Magnificent Cleaning LLC is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking an appointment with us, either over the phone or online, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Magnificent Cleaning Services.
2. Arrival Windows: Magnificent Cleaning Services operates on designated arrival windows. Clients are kindly requested to allot an additional 1-hour gap to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. This grace period does not entitle the client to credits or discounts should we arrive outside the agreed-upon window. It’s important to understand that conditions at prior appointments, such as the state of a previous customer’s house, might cause unexpected delays.
3. Waiting Fee: In the event that the Cleaning Team is required to wait upon arrival due to the unavailability of the customer, a waiting fee will be applied. The waiting fee is $30 for every 30-minute interval or part thereof that the Cleaning Team is required to wait.
4. Refund Policy: All transactions and services rendered by Magnificent Cleaning Services are deemed final and are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Clients are expected to inform us 24 HRS in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointments. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $50 or a cancellation fee equivalent to $100 of the total price. Both fees are non-refundable.
7. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: For move-in/move-out cleaning services, it is imperative that all utilities, including electricity and water, are in working order. Magnificent Cleaning Services will be unable to proceed with cleaning services without access to these utilities. In such cases, our standard rescheduling fee or cancellation fee will be fully enforced.
8. Hourly Cleaning Services Policy: Our hourly cleaning services are structured based on the agreed-upon time frame, during which the customer pays for the service. It’s important to note that while we strive to complete the cleaning within the allocated time, there may be instances where additional time is needed to ensure thoroughness. In the event that our cleaning team anticipates needing more time than initially agreed upon, we will promptly contact the customer for approval before extending the cleaning session. We prioritize transparency and clear communication with our customers regarding any adjustments to the service duration. If we are unable to reach the customer by phone, we will attempt to send a text message and make another phone call. If these attempts are unsuccessful and we cannot obtain approval for additional time, we will halt the cleaning session at the agreed-upon duration. This policy ensures that our customers remain informed and involved throughout the cleaning process, promoting a smooth and collaborative service experience.
9. Decluttering Policy: Customers are kindly requested to assist in preparing their homes for cleaning. Our focus is on cleaning, not decluttering. We offer organizational services as an additional option if our crew is requested to help in decluttering. Thank you for your cooperation.
10. Pets Policy: Customers’ pets must be in non-offensive and safe areas of the home during cleaning. Additionally, if your home has an infestation problem before or during a cleaning, an hourly charge of $20.00 will be incurred. This is due to the increased workload and necessary steps for pest hair removal. Thank you for your understanding.
11. Customer Satisfaction Policy: If a customer is dissatisfied with the cleaning service, we encourage immediate notification so we can arrange a prompt re-clean. We do not offer discounts or refunds. If the customer declines the reclean, they will not be given refunds or credits, as our commitment is to ensure satisfaction through a reclean. Recleans must be requested within 24 hours of the initial service.
12. Service Scope and Conditions: Services cover properties in average condition only. Additional fees may apply for heavily soiled or neglected areas. Services exclude outdoor areas, biohazards, and properties without electricity or water.
13. Intellectual Property: All site content is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use without permission from Magnificent Cleaning LLC is prohibited.
14. Loss or Damage: Report any loss or damage within 24 hours with photos and a description to info@magnificentcleanings.com Magnificent Cleaning LLC may facilitate claims but does not guarantee reimbursement.
