My husband and I are neurodivergent educators, and when our work gets intense (like it has been since August), our home organization and cleanliness often gets neglected—to the point we were embarrassed to have guests. With two sets of visitors coming soon, we knew we needed professional help and reached out to Magnificent, based on their five-star reviews.
The result is truly magnificent—our home smells wonderful and is perfectly ready for our guests! We are so thankful for their willingness to assist and support us on this stressful day.
**Important Note for Neurodivergent Readers Who Struggle with Clutter:
My biggest takeaway is transparency about your home's state is essential for an accurate quote. The company's standard policy is that the home should be free of clutter, as their focus is cleaning (organization and deep cleaning are separate, add-on services).
Had I been more transparent initially, especially by sending photos for an estimate, I would have learned upfront that the level of deep/organizational support we needed would have made their magnificent services out of our current price range.
• Recommendation: If you are a neurodivergent person struggling with a significant organization/clutter backlog, be fully transparent. Ask for an estimate that includes the extra fees for organization and heavy-duty services so you are not surprised.

It was our first time getting a deep clean for home and Priscilla and Ms. Williams absolutely exceeded the expectations! They were so detailed oriented and thorough with their cleaning. The service started as soon as I booked the cleaning with a company rep calling me multiple times to ensure that I got everything that I wanted and that I was completely comfortable with the schedule. Then the actual cleaners showed up, and Olga and Luz were amazing! They showed up at EXACTLY the time they were scheduled and proceeded to transform my house into a home. It was wrapped up with the phone rep (I wish I remembered his name) calling again to make sure I approve of the service. This is a top notch company.

I am a realtor and often times need a move out clean for sellers. The seller had moved to California and honestly his house was very dirty. I've been using another company throughout the years, but they couldn't get me in so I went onto Yelp and read some reviews and called and spoke with Maria. She was very pleasant to me on the phone. I had called another company, but the lady was not nice to me and so I told her I would have to get back with her. I had a good experience from the start. Then I met my cleaners, Esther and Ana . Oh my gosh what a little powerhouse team those ladies are. They did an excellent job and I could not be happier with the results!

6 freaking stars dude. We've been trying to get this home clean for almost years at this point and we haven't been able to get it there without burning out and piling more on. Esther and Ana came a few minutes before they were to arrive which was great. They worked for like 9 hours dude. The house is amazing I've never seen it so organized and clean and they're coming back to finish the job in their next free couple hours. It doesnt matter if Esther and Ana are available, the job is gonna get done. Thanks guys

Erisbel came to my home! She was pleasant and professional and did an amazing job! She was flexible in that I didn’t want her in my toddlers room because he was about to nap and she was great, she went right to work after checking where I’d like her to start. Bathroom was sparkling! Everything smelled fresh and clean! She didn’t mind my toddler being home, he was home sick. She finished up shortly after my husband got home which was perfect timing as he could unwind in the master bath and was able to be in the living area as it was finished just before he arrived. She is very detail oriented and I wouldn’t hesitate having her back. She came solo but her work was on point and no issues. Even my laundry room looks fantastic! Thank you Erisbel ! Wonderful work!
I love the communication. They kept me informed along the way♥️ I normally like to be gone, but this was for my parents. They’re up in age and it’s getting harder to just deep clean and keep things clean. They remained friendly with smiles during the whole duration, very professional, and even a little designing.♥️ They worked so hard and did such a good job. My Dad even asked me to leave their number and he’s a very conscious about services for his home. Thank you! Thank you!!! I’m thinking of even putting them in rotation for like a bi-weekly cleaning. Erisbel was struck with the last minute luck of doing my home alone. She did a wonderful job, took correction well, was not easily frustrated (my daughter loved watching her clean - read between the lines), and made sure she understood instruction before carrying out the work. I would definitely hire her again.
Edit: because I don’t want to prevent (her) from obtaining a bonus, I’m leaving additional commentary as an edit instead of adjusting the stars.
- The cabinets were not clean, despite being told they would be cleaned.
- I helped mop and vacuum a few times
- an accumulation of an hour was spent with (her) speaking on the phone with “her boss”, speaking with me about the time and type of service being rendered (starting the office booked me for the wrong type of service), and with her packing in and out with (her) thinking I wasn’t going to pay for an additional hour.
- Though the office gave me an extra hour on top of the additional hour paid, (she) still packed and left before then.
The chance of me hire again is 50/50. This notwithstanding, everyone was pleasant to deal with/speak to.

Everything was amazing Itzel and erisbel came and right away got info needed while setting up and started cleaning right away. I called for clean the kitchen including fridge, after 5day no power. Everything is most wonderful very detailed, amazing cleaning, dedicated and fast. I am now trying to set up a deal for regular cleanings. I have found my go to place for cleaning help.
